| What if my order doesn't arrive? |
| Very ocassionally packages are lost between our offices and the delivery address. If this happens with your order, please read the information, below, to find out what you should do next. When an order leaves our offices you will receive a dispatch notification, via e-mail. For Deliveries in the UK goods are shipped by First Class Post, First Class Parcel Post or via courier. Typically you should allow 1-3 days for delivery. Royal Mail will not consider goods to be "LOST IN TRANSIT" until 15 days from posting date. Therefore, please allow 15 days before contacting us with regard to packages that have not arrived. If the package has not arrived 15 days after you received dispatch notification from Quality Gifts, please contact us via your on-line account and we will arrange a repeat shipment or refund your order, as appropriate. Please make sure that you supply your order number and indicate whether you require refund or replacement when you contact us. Couriers, for example Business Post, will require a signature on delivery of the parcel. If you do not contact them they will return the parcel to our offices. The parcel will only be re-shipped after you have confirmed delivery address and confirmed that someone will be available to accept delivery. A charge of £10.00 is made for re-sending an undelivered parcel. For International Deliveries goods are forwarded by Airmail from the Royal Mail or by international courier. Typically items are delivered within 3 days from posting to destinations within the EEC. Other European destinations can typically take 5-7 days from posting. Deliveries to the USA typically take 6-8 days from posting. Deliveries to other international destinations typically take up to 8-10 days. For overseas shippments, Royal Mail will not consider goods to be "LOST IN TRANSIT" until 21 days from posting date. Therefore, please allow 21 days before contacting us with regard to packages that have not arrived. If the package has not arrived 21 days after you received dispatch notification from Quality Gifts, please contact us via your on-line account and we will arrange a repeat shipment or refund your order, as appropriate. Please make sure that you supply your order number and indicate whether you require refund or replacement when you contact us. NOTE: Please help us We can only recover our costs for goods lost in the post with your co-operation and so we would really appreciate your help. Once we report an item as lost in transit the Royal Mail will contact you to confirm that the original package did not arrive. Please can you reply to their queries. In this way we can recover some of our costs which helps us to keep our web prices down to you and future customers. Thanks! NOTE: All notifications of orders that do not arrive must be made within 28 days of the dispatch date. We will not refund or replace orders that do not arrive if notification has not been received within this timescale. Notification of non-arrival should be made via your on-line account. |
